As far as I've checked there is no API option. I would like to use it in Discord bot to create event polls and then read result to announce it and set reminder
Integration with IFTTT or a script on Rallly's end that accepts a discord Webhook address could provide what users are looking for here.

It's a valid request but the overhead of maintaining a public API would be too great at this point. Unless this is stopping many users from upgrading to a Pro account we can't justify doing this work.
