Login Error when opening page

Problem
There appears to be an issue affecting some users (primarily on iOS devices) that results in a Login Error page being displayed. This happens when you open a link from another app while there is an existing tab in your browser with the same link. This causes the tab to reload rather than opening a new tab and the reload fails due to the browser blocking a request to our authentication endpoint.

Workaround
If you're seeing the Login Error page when you open a link, try opening the link again after closing the existing tab.

Solution
I'm actively working on a solution for this and will roll out a fix as soon as possible.
