Notes for the available dates

I want to be able to add a quick note, next to the available date options.

I want this feature because I'm planning to do a Ragnar race, which is a relay event in different cities on different days. When folks decide between Feb 1 and Mar 1, I want them to know that the Feb one is for NYC and the March one is for Chicago. (names and dates not accurate).
