SSO login without domain verification

Rallly currently verifies the domain of the stored email address when logging in via SSO. This function should be deactivated. This makes it possible to allow verified users from a known IDP to access via SSO and authorized users to access via domain verification. Currently, an error message appears when logging in via SSO if the domain is not approved.
