Doing it again, not working

Asked for 6 digit code, immediately rejected it.

Then clicked magic link and that gave 404 file not found.

See screen shots. So this is twice in a week and it's going to BLOW UP MY FRIDAY GROUP AGAIN. How does software randomly work? What's with Thursdays, that it stops working - all these features, together don't function????????
