[admin] Option to disable "maybe" option

As an an admin I would like to deactivate the "maybe" option to make planification more straight forward.

Yes/No/Maybe can sometimes create complexity as an organizer in the case of multiple Maybe choices. Overall "maybe" definition is different for everybody.

    I disagree entirely. I want 4 options: Yes, No, Maybe and no response. Currently if there are multiple options stretching into the future, and someone updates only the next possible event, and hits save, the code automatically assumes that any that they have not expressed any opinion about for months in the future are NO - when they have not actually expressed that view. No response is a valid status.
