[admin] Option to disable "maybe" option
As an an admin I would like to deactivate the "maybe" option to make planification more straight forward. Yes/No/Maybe can sometimes create complexity as an organizer in the case of multiple Maybe choices. Overall "maybe" definition is different for everybody.
Keep it simple
Just advice: I was delighted to discover RALLLY because it was simple, wasn’t burdened with all the doodle bells & whistles, easy for my friends to understand, easy to use. I fear that responding to all these suggestions will create a monster. Keep it simple.
TimeZone
Does the poll automatically adjust if a respondent is in a different time zone from than what I set-up? For example, if I'm on PST, and a user is in CST, will it show up for them in CST or in PST?
Feature Request: User-defined selection definitions
Currently the selection options are Green Check for "yes", Orange Tilde for "if needed" and Gray X for "no". I'd like to be able to assign different values to the the legend. Ex: Green Check for "available in-person or online", Orange Tilde for "available online only", Gray X for "not available". Another example might be Green Check for "can attend", Orange Tilde for "can host" and Gray X for "cannot attend". I'm sure there are other uses. Please think about it. Thanks.
Email Notification When a Participant Submits Poll
I could not find a feature that allowed me to receive an email when a person submitted their poll if I emailed the link through my personal email. For example, in Doodle, I would receive an email every time someone clicked submit on my poll. Currently, I have to keep checking to see if it worked and if people are submitting a time.
Doing it again, not working
Asked for 6 digit code, immediately rejected it. Then clicked magic link and that gave 404 file not found. See screen shots. So this is twice in a week and it's going to BLOW UP MY FRIDAY GROUP AGAIN. How does software randomly work? What's with Thursdays, that it stops working - all these features, together don't function????????
Declined should be red
It's hard at a glance to see the difference between undecided and declined. If the declined X were red as on Doodle instead of grey on grey, then it would be much easier to see. There's a big difference between undecided and declined, and it should show.
Poll Closing
There was a way to simply stop, NOT pause a poll previously. This should still be a feature on the free features of the app, since we know polls shouldn't just remain open indefinitely. With my group, they continue to add their names to the poll after the deadline; this is beyond frustrating!
The perfect event planning app! Thank you!!
Longer time ago I had used an alternative which's name started with 'D'; tried it recently and the experience was not really pleasant – full of ads, not really the best UX etc. Looked for alternatives, stumbled upon an open source post about event planning polling apps and found Rallly. Love the UI/UX, love the funtionalllity (three L's intentionalll) and love the name. This is a great product, I can see how much thought and care has went into it, thank you for making and maintaining this!!
Not working
I didn't show as logged in. I tried to log in, first item ever sent me 6 digit, then I use it and I'm still not logged in. It shows Guest user-al14f, with login still available. So I tried to log in again, same problem X3. We another person yesterday who couldn't get in, either.
I love this App! Thank you!
I do not need to say more. I use it to organise Tennis games. It work brilliantly. Things could obviously be improved, but even as it is it is fabulous. Thank you for all you fantastic work!
Poll voting bug
I would like a change to the vote system. I use polls for my DnD Session, to see when everyone has time to play. The issue is that when someone wants to update their entry (they have a account and are always logged in) they cant change it at all. They always need to re-enter the poll with another entry and its tiresome for them, to continously re-enter their times and schedules. Please do something about it. Also, when they open the invite link theres no option to log in. They always need to open the Rally main website to log in and then proceed back to the poll.
Ability to copy times across all dates in poll
A situation I often find myself in is changing the time for weekdays from the default noon to after work hours. It would be lovely if there was a toggle at the top that either said "mirror time for all days" or even "mirror time(s) for all weekdays". This way I could add 5:00pm to 7:00pm once for the first Monday, quickly select additional dates, and then just flip the switch as opposed to switching all the times manually.
Rally changed the times for my poll dates! This is insane. My poll (with many many choices) started at noon. Somehow, after some had responded, but not all, the times were changed to start at 7 am.
If a scheduling tool is this unreliable, what is the point of the tool?
Autosave (friend forgot to save)
Recently I gave a poll to my friends about a meeting and one of them did not notice the "continue" button on the bottom (on phone) so his response was not saved. Then, we were angry at him that he did not fill the poll and he was angry that I use a stupid website which did not save his responses. In general, I think it is easy for people to miss a "save" button if they are in hurry and tired after checking their calendar several times to fill a long poll. So a workflow where the user can leave the page at any time and not lose their responses would be better, in my opinion, and it would avoid many unpleasant scenarios.

Disable comments when poll is paused/finalized
How are they still commenting on my poll when I paused it? What happened to the option to close the poll?
