Because of the way options are laid out side by side, if you are offering options like 8:30AM and 8:30PM on the same day, it can look like the same time is listed twice if you don't read it carefully.
Would it help if you switch the clock to 24-hour time? You can change it by clicking on the time (top-right of the screen) which opens the clock preferences. This only changes it for yourself and not for other users.
