Difficulty updating votes
It has become increasingly difficult for those who have voted to be able to edit their previously entered votes, and now this morning I don't see a way for me to even "manage" these on their behalf. I need you to back off on the security "enhancements" that are preventing me and others from updating any and all votes.

We have a long running poll for booking golf on Saturday mornings with 30 members. My concern is that when everyone receives their own link to the poll they eventually lose these and won't remember them and as admin I can't get them back in to the poll without their getting a new link and duplicating themselves in the poll (hence my support for the suggestion to be able to sort alphabetically to identify duplicates). I then have to remove all the duplicates to keep the poll correct in respect of the number of players for a particular Saturday. Perhaps admins could be copied with the links for the individual members so we can get them back into the poll without them creating a duplicate.

Or perhaps allowing admins to get the edit link for a participant from the admin page would be even more convenient. I think that's a very sensible thing to do so I'll be working on that soon.

Sorry you're having trouble with this. As an admin, if you want to ensure you maintain access to your polls the solution is to create an account. As a participant if you include your email address when submit your response you will receive a link that ensures you can edit your response from anywhere.
You can use the app as a guest but these sessions are temporary and not suitable for long-running polls. Hope that helps.
