One Appointment Per Slot

I did a pole to schedule appointments and needed to be able to lock in one person per slot, but the options didn't appear to allow for that, so it ended up a jumbled mess in the end with people selecting more than one potential slot and others selecting that same slot. Is there a way to accomplish this? And just as an FYI, I like the added option of being able to hide the pollsters comments; thank you.
